There was a time when I was very interested in self hypnosis. I still think it interesting, though I haven`t been pursuing any of it in some time. This is nothing to be embarrassed about or feel bad about, it is normal. We all need to do the work if we want to ever be happy in our lives. I know that when we look at other people, many of them seem like they have no problems, no worries, no insecurities.... but they all do have those and more.
