Photo Hunter #3 - Empty

The Photo Hunters theme this week is: Empty

Empty box

Empty water bottle

Another shot of that empty water bottle

Empty cage (well at least the half I'm showing you here)

Empty tea pot

Empty cup

Empty "love life"

As much as I love my cat, I would find it so much easier to type if my arms were also empty :o)

What a lot of empties! And I know exactly what you mean about preferring empty arms for typing.

Thanks for visiting :)

It does take a bit longer with a cat (or a few) trying to sit in ones lap!
Good photos for Empty!

Great collection of "empty" here. Love the perspective on the 2nd bottle shot. Nice job on The Hunt and thanks for dropping by.

That's a lot of filling to do!

Well, I can attest to the love life thing... empty for sure.
What exactly is on the other side of the empty cage?

So many "empty" photos. Sorry about the last one. I love how you photographed looking into the bottle. Very cool. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.

LOL! I hear you about the empty arms. Mr Tucker hates the laptop and uses all his sneaky tricks to get between it and me.

Patti - Thanks for stopping by. So, you're love life is empty too is it. Good luck with that. :o)

A - In retrospect, I could also have shown the empty pop bottles and cans I have waiting to go to the bottle depot... lol. I'm actually pretty proud of myself that I haven't had a pop in ages now and I used to drink a LOT of it. (pop = soda)

Viamarie - thanks for stopping by. Glad you liked my "empty" post. I actually had more, but decided not to post all of them. Finally I realized that less can be more. :o)

Abe-Hap - Glad my lonely, worthless life gave you a laugh... HAHAHAHA. Actually, I put that one there just for the laugh factor. I've been on my own for so many years now that I don't know if I could even put up with a guy if I had one, lol.

Amy - I'm glad you liked my photos. Thanks for stopping in. If I'd known you were coming I'd have baked a cake, lol.

Lynn - thank God my life isn't as empty as my post this week, haha. I just took some pics of the tea pot and will post them for all to see in a few minutes. Thanks for popping by.

Deb - Glad you liked the tea pot. Read what I wrote to Lynn :o)

C~G~Q - a cat sitting on my lap wouldn't be quite so bad... he insists on being in my arms/on my chest with me holding him. And since he owns me, what choice do I have? :o)

PEA - thanks... glad you liked my photos. An empty cup (tea or coffee) just won't do! Hope you enjoyed your refill. Thanks for visiting.

Bee - ya, I guess that's a bit much to ask for isn't it, hahaha. Tonight my Lord & Master is still outside, so my arms are currently empty, but not for long.

JennyR - I have a lot of strange things in my mind... rofl. Glad you liked my post.

Jane - you are lucky... cat close yet not hindering typing hands/arms. Wow. Though I must admit that a cat in my arms isn't quite as much a hamper to typing as a chicken walking around on my keyboard... ROFL.

Dragonheart - thanks for slinking on in you wonderful puddy cat. I'm okay with the empty love life. I am so grateful to have a cat who loves me and sleeps with me every night. Between you and me, if I ever met a man that I could feel about the way I feel about my cat, I would keep him.

Tara - thank you for coming over to visit me. Did you see the photos of Shadow in "My Critters"? He sure is a handsome cat isn't he. You are such a good cat to help your Mom. Shadow is very helpful, he holds down the covers on my bed every night so they don't float to the ceiling.

Jamie - thank you... read what I wrote to Dragonheart. :o)

Pastormac's Ann - I'm glad you liked my photos and my post for today. I also liked the 2nd shot of the water bottle, it turned out quite well, I thought, so had to share it. :o)

Monkey Giggles - it wasn't empty long, lol. I had a real nice cuppa tea! Thanks for swinging by.

DK & the Fluffies - I'll do a post on this for you to read. You'll likely see it before you find this, lol.

Indiana Amy - lucky I don't have to fill it all, haha. Thanks for popping in for a visit.

SRP - you too? LOL. Read what I told Dragonheart... Then read what I told DK & the Fluffies. haha

Icog & Nito - good thing my life is fairly full, isn't it. Thanks for visiting!!

Meeyauw - thanks, glad you liked my post... and my tea pot. I'll show you what it really looks like.

Nice photos! So many empty things to choose from! The teapot is lovely.

Patty said...

lots of empty things. I hope they all fill up soon. I have a photo up so stop by if you have time

Marcia (MeeAugraphie) said...

I just saw your teapot above, it is quite a find. That bottom pic of the chinchilla by himself is adorable. Really liked that you chose more than one empty, I went that route, too.

Teena in Toronto said...

Awesome before and after shots :)

Mine's up too :)

Anita - hi! Thanks for coming by. Glad you like the photos and the tea pot.

Autumn - hey, good to meet you. Actually, when you think about it, all these things are full and overflowing... with air. Hahaha. I'll pop on over.

Marcia - hello. The tea pot was the only one there, so I don't know how many were made like it, but think it's fairly rare. I am blessed to have it. I also like that photo best. The little brat was just about to climb up to the top of the cage when I snapped the shutter. Chinchillas love playing "silly chinchilly games".

Teena - Thanks. I'm on my way to have a look at yours too.

Biker Betty & Travis - Yikes!! I somehow missed you two. I guess your comments came in before I published mine, but weren't yet on the site. Oh well, I found you, lol.

Biker Betty - Glad you like how I photographed into the bottle like that. I was happy with the way it turned out. About the last "empty", it's no big deal. Less headaches in the long run, haha. Thanks for visiting.

Travis - Mr Tucker is jealous because the laptop is taking your attention from him, haha. I used to have a cat that wouldn't let me read a book, or read anything for that matter. These furry little "masters" of ours really like to control us, don't they. :o)
