Wow, you did a great first Thursday Thirteen! My favorite is number 12. It is too easy to beat yerself up over what are really minor things.

Daisy - I totally agree and I tend to beat myself up a lot. Working on cutting myself some slack.
Bee - I'm glad you found me too.
Schaumi - I also could tape the list to my forehead. When I need them most I tend to forget all about them. However, if we just take one at a time and repeat it 100 times in the morning and 100 times at night (with feeling, not by rote) and throw in a bunch of times during the day, then eventually it will sink in.
I am taking #4 to work on for now. #12 will come soon too.
