Time Zones & Daylight Saving Time
Starting in March 2007, the standard North American period for Daylight Saving Time is to be from the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November.

In Canada, Time Zones and Daylight Saving Time usually have been regulated by provincial and territorial governments.
Starting in 2007, clocks following the new North American standard for Daylight Saving Time are to be turned forward by one hour on the second Sunday in March and turned back on the first Sunday of November.

I am go glad that here in Hawaii we don't change our time. I don't get it and it makes our life so much easier. Only problem is you have to remember when the Mainland does so we know how far, in hours, we are away from them. :)
