Due to computer 'challenges' last night I shut it down and went to bed with a book. Today it ran well until I got home from Toastmasters and it didn't want to boot up. I am feeling very lucky to be on here at all tonight. I'm for sure going to transfer all new data & photos to my external hard drive tonight.
I stayed home all day yesterday, don't remember just now what all I did, but know I got a few things done anyway.
Today I had a good day.
A long time friend that I once worked with, Dave, came by for a visit. Always a nice thing. Then Dan called and asked if I'd like to go for a drive. This is a very rare occasion, so I said Yes, even though I had other things I could have been doing. We had a fairly short, but nice drive and I was able to stop and take the photos below of the ice fishermen. I've wanted all winter to do that. Oh ya, Dan brought in a glider chair I had in the back of the truck, got it from Freecycle. It's in great shape, good chair.
This evening I went to my Toastmasters meeting which was great as usual. Afterwards, I want for tea with Pat (from Toastmasters & TOPS). I really enjoy this and we've been doing it for several weeks now, around 4 of them I think.
