Photo Hunters

This week at Photo Hunters, the theme is Hope!

I think that children are our hope for the future, so I will share with you photos I took Christmas day at Mom's house. I have no children of my own (except the kind that always wear fur coats or feathers), but my siblings all have children and most of them grandchildren too, so lots of hope in our family.

My older brother Terry has 2 children, his daughter has 2 boys and his son has 1 girl, go Grandpa T has 3 grand children.

Siobhan seems to be happy with what she's just found in that wrapping. I hope it's what she was hoping for.

Grandpa T looks on as his grand boys discover their new toys.

Gee, the packaging sure is over kill on some of these things. Clay needs Grandpa T to help with freeing his new remote control car from the package.

Oh... this is pretty cool.

Gotta take a closer look.

T! I think it's time to give the car back to Clay now.

HEY T!!! Give the kid his toy!!!

Oh hey, that does look pretty nice. Hey, Clay, pass that over to Auntie Alice to have a closer look at it, and the remote control thingy too. There's a good boy! (No... I didn't take his toy, but sure wouldn't mind playing with that. Better yet, a 'real' one just like it.)
Okay... so maybe there's not much hope for the future of our family.

As a BONUS, here is a shot of my mom "Nan" with her youngest great grand child, Robby. Not sure what he's showing her, but she's playing along pretty good, don't you think? Mom is 85, and yes, that is her natural hair color. Robby is, ummm, errrrr, shhheeeesh.... well, much younger anyway.

Happy Hunting
