A mix of sun and cloud. I always love seeing the sun shining. It was so cold out that I cancelled plans to go out this evening. Not that it was anything real important, just a movie, and with it being dark and cold I decided I'd just rather stay home with my animals, all tucked up safe and warm.
I have no water today. I've lived in this home for over 18 years now and it has been colder temperatures than this, yet I have never had water lines freeze. I don't know if they froze this time or if it is a problem with the lines somewhere down the road. It seems to me that this happened once before in the last few years, and it turned out to be a problem down the road somewhere. I sure hope that's it again. Just in case though, I've turned up the furnace as it puts some heat down under the house which the pellet stove doesn't do. Either way, I sure hope I have water by morning or I will have to scoop up some water and melt it for the animals.
