Thursday 13

My 9th

Have you noticed the buttons on my sidebar? If you click on The Hunger not only can your click generate donations of food to hungry people, but also you can from there click on other buttons and donate to food for animals in shelters, literacy programs for the needy, breast cancer research, saving the rain forest... It doesn't cost you a cent, just a moment of your time, and the advertisers pay for all these donations.

Also, while you're there, check out some of the awesome products they have for sale. Everything you buy will donate even more. With Christmas coming, I plan to do my Christmas shopping at these sites. What better gift to give than food or health care to people in desperate need, but here you also get a piece of jewelry, a purse, clothing, and many items too numerous to tell about just now.

My Thursday 13 post today is 13 things I really like on these sites, and what benefits will come from my buying these things either as gifts for people at Christmas or as gifts for me from me, haha.

Disclaimer: This is not a sponsored post. I make no money off this and am not involved in selling these items. My only purpose in posting them is to "do a good deed" in spreading the word for what I feel is a handful of very worthy causes. Oh ya, and ... No animals were hurt in the making of this post.

Those are really pretty....I definitely need to check out these sites for gifts etc. If I am going to spend the money, it should go for a good cause.

You might like the photo essay we published (a tribute to the monks of Burma) (?) It's not our T13, though---our T13 was written by our colleague, Cockney Rob (13 ways to get more out of T13). It's right under the other one...
