I, unfortunately, am a slower reader than I would like to be, and some days have trouble absorbing what I am reading. This can be a problem when, like now, I have a lot of reading that needs doing. I have until this coming Monday, 5 days from now, to write and practice a speech for Toastmasters, my first towards my Advanced Communicator (AC) award, and first I have to choose 2 manuals from a stack of them. I've been working on this for awhile now and still am not through the pile. I also have a lot of reading to do regarding using WordPress, the PPP Blog, PPP Forum, and on and on, not to mention a book or two I really want to enjoy.
If you have a child, age 4 - 14 that is having trouble of any kind with his/her reading, please consider getting professional help, getting the help of Reading Tutors. This will effect your child's entire life.

Thanks for coming by, you are the nearest to home blog I have had visit me. Not many know the area I live in.
I am a very fast reader but that has it pitfalls too, because if it is something that I need to really take in and digest, or if it is information that I have read before and have to reread months later I tend to skip over it too quickly.
