Did You Know?? Part 2

.... continued. Read Part 1 first as it will make more sense that way. :o)

So... if I (or you) was to write 10 posts of 400 - 500 words each then post one short post (i.e. Weather Report or Quote of the Day, or even Wordless Wednesday) then a PPP
post, then 8 more long posts of 200 - 400 words each, my post would still be rejected because I put the shorter post next to the PPP post.

To get my rejected post accepted, I had to go back and move a short post to the other side of a long one. Same posts exactly between ads as before, in a different order. Now when I post I have to either write extra posts long enough to pass, or change the time on some post to put them in a different order so my post won't be rejected. In other words, now we have to do even more work than before to get the $5 bucks or so we get paid. So... now that I've written this long and informative letter I can go read/study a web site for an hour or so then write a post about it, then write another long post so it will be accepted. Then I will be $5.50 richer, before converting the American dollar to ours... and that costs me money too. But please don't think I'm complaining. I'm simply stating some truths, letting my fellow bloggers know so they don't get rejected posts and not know why. Also, I'm just writing a long enough post. Geee... I just had a great idea. I'm going to post this as Part 1 and 2... it's long enough to be put on both sides of the ad that way.

YIKES! In a comment, Kara told me that it is against the ToS (Terms of Service) to change times on posts. Thanks Kara for letting me know that. I did read the ToS, but have read so many other things since then that I honestly don't remember a lot of things.
I don't know of any other way I could have made that post 'good' so it could be accepted, which it was once I made the changes. From here on in I will make sure to get it right the first time around.

I really must admit that I don't understand why this new rule. If I have multiple posts between the sponsored ones and some of them have more than 50 words, why is that not good enough? Why does the one 'touching' the sponsored post have to be the long one? Does anyone have any idea why this would be? Does it make sense to you and I'm just 'slow'?

Just remember that changing the time on posts (original or ppp) is against ToS as well and can get you suspended.

Thanks for the heads up! Since I tend to ramble, I don't have a problem with long posts LOL. Even my paid posts that only require 50 words end up being over 200. I think I have issues LOL

I've gotten rejected for this same thing. It was next to a WW post...there was an original post right below the WW. I had to switch the two. It's a dumb rule!

I suspect that these sites have figured out how to make sure their PPP bloggers actually work a little bit for the cash.
