I Want Romance

As most of you likely know, I am a single woman who has recently decided to get back into the dating scene. I have some men friends that I see and have for some time now, but friends are what they are and I want more than just friends now. I want romance . I want to be taken out to dinner, to movies, for walks at the dog park. I want to again have a man open my car door, my house door, restaurant door. I want to have a man hold my coat and in other ways treat me like a lady. Yes, I want to exchange love letters with this man.

In a former relationship I enjoyed slipping a wee note into his lunch each day before he went to work. A note he would find when he sat down to eat his lunch. He'd read it and feel loved, treasured and appreciated. I like doing little things like this for my man. I think that coming home to a nice long kiss at the end of a busy, stressful day would be a nice experience for my man every day.
