Wordless Wednesday

Only in Canada :o)

For anyone that has never seen an animal like this, it's a moose that is sniffing noses with the cat. Moose are actually very dangerous animals so this is a miracle.

Please leave me a comment (Fabulous Feedback). If you have a Wordless Wednesday post, please also leave a link on Mr. Linky so I can more easily find my way to your post to return the visit..

Peace to you and yours!!

EDIT: Just a note to let you know... I did not take this photo. It was sent to me in an email. Guess I could've made that more clear, lol.

Very cool! :) That is one brave kitty!

My dad comes from Newfoundland, and agrees that moose can be very dangerous. Especially when you are in a car! My mom was disappointed when they drove across the entire island, and only saw two moose cows off in the distance. Since Newfoundland is supposed to be infested with moose, she thought she would see more of them.

Great picture. My goodness, I'd hate to hit a moose with a car! We have white-tail deer all over, and someone is always hitting one.

We get deer, but no moose here. Great photo! I love taking pictures of wild life :)

Hello Imma (Alice),
Thanks for the visit. Was the moose in your backyard? Does this happen often?

Oh wow! You're right...moose are mean. I saw that on Animal Planet, my favorite station. Yikes. He must have liked the cat.

Amazing photo! My husband would love to see a moose. He thought he'd taken a picture of one last year, but after getting home and taking a close look, her saw it was just an elk. :)

That IS amazing. I'm so afraid of moose. We see them on the highway at night sometimes while we're driving, and we have to slow down to a stop. If one of those ever hit the car, it wouldn't be good. They're huge.

I'd like to say "adorable," but knowing that they're dangerous, it's kind of scary.

We have been having some moose down here in Connecticut lately which is a little South for them. Unfortunately two of them have been hit by cars on the local highways.

That's fun! Last time we were in Canada, my husband hoped and hoped we would see a moose. Best we did was the pewter moose bottle opener we brought home! Thanks or the smile and for visiting Writing in Faith.

On this side of the border, we know all about moose, but mostly from what we see on the roads - dead. They are scary! Great photo, thanks for sharing and and thanks for visiting!
