Well, finally I have more news on the repairs to my pellet stove. Today I phoned the repair guys again and was told they got the new motor in at the end of business yesterday. Finally!! It sure took long enough and I was beginning to wonder if they could even get me a new one. So now it's just a matter of them getting out here to put it in. Harley said they had hoped to get here tomorrow but had problems with todays job, so will have to go back there tomorrow. If they get it done without too much problem they may still make it out here later in the day. If not tomorrow, then Monday afternoon they can come here as they have a job in the morning. So I am definitely hoping for tomorrow (Saturday). I have been without my pellet stove far too long and so much look forward to having it working again. Dan was over today and commented on how the house isn't very warm with the NG furnace. I knew that! haha. It just can't heat the whole place by itself, so the bathroom, laundry room and hall are very warm, the master bedroom is kinda warm, the kitchen and living room aren't quite as warm, the storage room, 2nd bedroom/office and the loom room are cold. With the pellet stove burning the furnace doesn't come on... but the loom room is hot, the living room and 2nd bedroom/office are fairly hot, the hall and bathroom are not bad, the laundry room is coolish and so is the master bedroom. But if it's real cold out then the master bedroom can get quite cold. However, once I am in bed I am soon warm under all my blankets. So with the pellet stove, the part of the house I spend most of my time in is warm, and where I spend less time is less warm.
I think I'm babbling, so it must be time for bed. So, off to do final "critter chores" and get horizontal for the rest of the night.
