*** I Am Grateful ***

Today was full and very good.

I did some studying of The Boundless Living Challenge: 45 days to the life of your dreams. It's through the Wealth Beyond Reason site, is about mastering the Law Of Attraction, and sounds very exciting. Don't ask me how I'm going to fit it in, just know I will do my best to do so. It actually fits in very well with The Passion Test classes I am taking every Wednesday in April and will be an ongoing part of life after the classes are finished. This too will be an ongoing life change, and will support what I do in The Passion Test. However, there is at this point a lot of reading and listening to videos to do before the challenge starts on Thursday... it feels a bit overwhelming.

This afternoon I went to the pool to water walk, and was happily surprised to see a long time friend, Graig, there water walking. It was nice to have someone to talk to while 'doing the work'. I've always enjoyed talking to him, a very intelligent man who is wasting his 'gifts' working as a taxi driver. With Graig, I walked for about 30 minutes, then while he went to the steam room, I hit the hot tub for awhile, then back to water walking for another 10 minutes, then joined Graig in the cooler bubble tub (not sure what it would really be called), and talked for awhile until I had to leave. I showered and dressed then headed out.

I went to the Optical Shoppe and had Gerry adjust my glasses again, so expect the headaches will go away again, they seem to have since then. Then I went to one of the health food stores and got a box of 100 packets of Stevia, a natural sweetener that is so much healthier than sugar or other substitutes. Next I went to meet Dan and go to a gal's home to pick up a rocker/recliner chair that I was getting through Freecycle. It's in pretty good shape and is comfortable, only problem is I have a hard time getting it to recline, so am leaving it reclined and just climb in and out of it. Like my old armchair, I have it on a 4" riser Dan built for me, it's 2x4s and plywood, just a box type thing for the chair to sit on and make it easier for me to get out of with my back. It's hard for me when they are too low to the ground. Mewsic seems to like the new chair too, though she liked the old one just fine as well. Good thing I was able to get Dan to help me as we had to carry it a fair distance from her appartment to my truck, then carry it into my house. I could not have done it by myself. Also had to carry the old one out.

After Dan left, I went back into town to Rev. Dale's surprise 50th birthday party. Hannah had planned it all and set it all up. It was great. A very long time friend of Dale's came from Victoria for the occasion, and put on a great show for us all. First, he and his lady did a puppet show, then he came out from behind the puppet thing and put on a juggling show. He's great at juggling. Back in the day, he and Dale used to juggle together, and tonight they did some of that again. Wow, it was very impressive!!! Good food, good people, good show... I'd say it was a success.

Now I'm home watching TV and blogging, also doing more reading over at The Boundless Living Challenge. Tomorrow eve at The Passion Test class, I'm going to tell everyone about this and some of them might go join in with it too.

I skipped Toastmasters tonight in order to go to Dale's party. Next Tuesday I am signed up to do a speech at Toastmasters, so I have to write it and practice it this week as well as doing homework from the class, the new challenge, my volunteer work, stuff for the Lasagne Dinner & Concert I'm putting on Friday April 24th, etc etc etc. Life is a challenge, lol.
