Blue sky and sunshine all day... then in the evening it started to cloud up a bit. Late evening and into the night there was lightening flashes here and there. It is very hot and dry so this could be dangerous. I live in the Okanagan Valley of BC... even though we have several lakes, this valley is classed as a desert. Canada's only desert.
